Eaves and Soffit Replacement on 6th Street in Wausau, WI

Replaced Wood Soffits on Eaves to establish Intake Ventilation and Installed maintenance-free Aluminum Soffit, Fascia Components. Installed Fur-Out Step Fascia Board with 1x4s, which allows for Installation of a standard Fascia Panel instead of a wrap. Styrofoam Rafter Vents were installed for a clear pathway for Eave to Peak Air Flow.

Removed Existing Gutters and Down Spouts. Installed 5” K Style Seamless Gutters and 3”x4” oversized downspouts with 3’ Extensions & Zip Hinge. Installed Gutter RX Aluminum Gutter Covers. Gutter RX, which completely encloses the gutter to prevent birds or squirrels from building nests, is an Aluminum system attached to the front & back of the gutter, which strengthens the entire gutter system making it strong enough to handle snow and ice buildup. The Ridges make Gutter RX self-cleaning by promoting airflow.
