Removed and replaced asphalt shingles & components with GAF Timberline HDZ Lifetime shingles in the color Hickory. The crew completed tear-off using the Equipter “New Roof, No Mess Roofing Buggy” which protects the lawn, landscaping & siding. All GAF roof installations by Oakwood Exteriors feature a 50 year non-prorated manufacturer warranty and a 20-year Workmanship Warranty.
Sharkskin synthetic ice and water shield provides exceptional winter weather protection. The premium self-adhering barrier was installed 4” up eaves, in valleys, and around all roof penetrations. GAF Tiger Paw synthetic underlayment covered the remaining roof surface and is a critical layer of protection between the shingles and roof deck to resist wind-driven rain. Tiger Paw is a premium-grade underlayment that avoids wrinkling and buckling for a better looking finished roof. As always, the GAF Tiger Paw underlayment was installed using cap nails – a manufacturer requirement.
Removed and replaced rotten fascia board and installed new Brown steel fascia panels.
Removed existing gutters and down spouts & hauled away. Installed 5” “K Style” seamless gutters and oversized down spouts with 3’ extensions & zip hinge in the color Brown.

Thermo-Tech full-frame replacement windows were installed throughout the home. Installed sill flashing and applied spray foam insulation around the window frame and jamb perimeters for an air-tight seal.
