Removed and replaced Asphalt Shingles & Components with GAF Timberline UHD lifetime shingles with dual shadow line in color weatherwood. These shingles are up to 53% thicker than standard shingles & heavier in weight. All GAF roof installations by Oakwood Exteriors feature a 50 year Non-prorated Manufacturer Warranty and a 20-year Workmanship Warranty.
A new color-matched galvanized chimney flashing with back pan was installed.
We installed a Broan 636 bath fan baffle vent with insulated duct. GAF Cobra Snow Country Ridge vent utilized for attic ventilation.
Siding was removed & reinstalled and all sidewall & headwall flashings were replaced with color-matched flashings.
Sharkskin Ultra SA Ice & Water Shield (Premium Ice Dam Protection and GAF Tiger Paw using cap nails were used. This helps remove nearly twice as much damaging moisture from the roof deck and is the leading synthetic non-breathable underlayment.
Cleaned the work site which included blow-off roof surface, cleaned rain gutters & down spouts, magnet sweep yard, landscaping, driveways, & sidewalks.
