Image II Standing Seam Metal Roof, Seamless Gutters, Aluminum Fascia & Soffit

Removed and replaced asphalt shingles & components with Image II Standing Seam metal roof in the color Black. The crew completed the tear-off using the Equipter “ New Roof, No Mess Roofing Buggy” and “Catch-All” landscape protection nets which protect the lawn, landscaping & siding. The Image II standing seam panel is 26 gauge and features a 45 year paint finish warranty.

Installed new Black Aluminum soffit & fascia along with styrofoam rafter vents where accessible for a clear pathway for eave to peak air flow.

Removed and reinstalled the chimney pipe support brackets with S-5 clamps.

Removed and replaced existing gutters and down spouts with new 5” “K Style” Seamless gutters and oversized downspouts with in the color Black.
