Removed existing shake siding on the front porch and replaced it with Ledgestone Versetta accent stone in plum creek color. This stone has a Class- A fire rating and withstands freezes, thaws and normal winds and heat. The tongue-and-groove interlocking system installs tight and is solid.
Removed and replaced 10’ of rotten 2×6 fascia board on the east house eave.
We removed an existing octagon window in the laundry room and replaced it with a Thermo-Tech awning window that has argon double pane glass. During this process the crew protected floors & carpet, prepped the opening & installed sill flashing, leveled & fastened the new window. Perimeter flashing and spray foam insulation was used around frame perimeter.
Interior jambs & trim were installed and the crew cleaned the work site and windexed the windows.
Removed the existing garage door frame and installed a Titan Overhead garage door frame with weatherstripping & drip cap flashing.

Thermo-Tech full-frame replacement windows were installed throughout the home. Installed sill flashing and applied spray foam insulation around the window frame and jamb perimeters for an air-tight seal.
