Installed aluminum soffit, fascia components on house & attached garage. Removed existing wood soffits on eaves to establish intake ventilation and install styrofoam rafter vents where accessible for clear pathway for eave peak to flow.
Removed existing gutters and down spouts & hauled away. Installed 5” “K Style” seamless gutters and installed oversized down spouts with 3’ extensions & zip hinge. Installed gutter RX aluminum gutter covers. Gutter RX which completely encloses the gutter to prevent birds, squirrels, from building nests, is an all aluminum system attached to the front & back of the gutter which strengthens the entire gutter system making it strong enough to handle snow and ice buildup.
