Removed and Replaced Asphalt Shingles & Components – 20 year Workmanship Warranty on the House & Attached Garage. The Tear Off consisted of removal of 1 Layer of Asphalt Shingles and Haul Away. Re-Nail Roof Decking Where Needed with 8D Nails. Underlayment that was used is Sharkskin Ultra SA Ice & Water Shield (Premium Ice Dam Protection) and GAF Tiger Paw Synthetic Underlayment using Cap Nails. GAF Cobra Snow Country Ridge Vent was utilized for Attic Ventilation.

Layed drop cloth below Interior, Removed Existing Skylight, Installed new VS Fixed Skylights with Laminated Low E-3 Glass and EDL Flashing Kits in the Sunroom. These Skylights provide twice as much light as vertical windows The lower profile of the fixed skylight gives your roof a clean streamline appearance.

On the Sun Room Eave we removed existing Gutters & Down spouts and hauled away and installed Seamless RX Gutters on House and Garage. Seamless Gutter system offer advantages that traditional gutter systems cannot. The biggest of which is in the name of itself – Seamless. Since there are no seams, there can be no leaks! It eliminates the worry of possible eave and siding rot as well as basement dampness. Gutter RX Aluminum Gutter Covers were Installed.

Removed existing Fascia panels and fascia board. Installed sister tails on existing trusses with 2x4x8 Construction Lumber to create a 16” Eave overhang. The crew removed and replaced PVC Trim board above Windows & Installed White Pre-Formed Window & Patio Door Drip Cap Flashing. Installed Aluminum Soffit, Fascia & Components.
