Roof Replacement using GAF Timberline HDZ in Plover, WI

Removed and replaced Asphalt Shingles & Components with GAF Timberline HDZ Lifetime shingles (110 MPG Wind Warranty) in color weathered Wood on the house & attached garage. The tear off consisted of removal of 1 layer of Asphalt Shingles. Ice & Water Shield used was Sharkskin Ultra (Premium Ice Dam Protection). GAF Tiger Paw synthetic shingle underlayment was installed over the remaining roof surface using cap nails. 3” ultimate pipe flashing was used and is a long lasting solution to keep water out. GAF Cobra Snow Country Ridge Vent was used for the attic Ventilation. All GAF roof installations by Oakwood Exteriors feature a 50 year Non-prorated Manufacture Warranty and a 20-year Workmanship Warranty.

Oversized down spouts with 3” extension and zip hinge were used. The zip hinge ensures that the downspout extension remains firmly attached and provides the convenience of moving and working around when mowing and landscaping. Replaced existing gutters with 6” “Fascia Style” gutters in color clay.

Cleaned the worksite which included blow-off roof surface, cleaned rain gutters & down spouts, magnet sweep yard, landscaping, driveways, & sidewalks.
