Removed the existing Vinyl Siding and Replaced it with Mastic Quest Premium Vinyl Siding on the Home & Garage in the color Scottish Thistle. Installed Mastic Cedar Discovery D7 Perfection Shakes in the Front Peaks. Removed Sunburst above the front window.
The underlayment used is Tyvek Homewrap, and the Seams, Window & Door Penetrations were taped to seal. Tyvek is a non-woven, breathable structure that stands apart from other types of house wraps. Tyvek HomeWrap promotes drying in wall systems and helps insulation perform closer to its R-value.
Installed PVC Trim Board on the Front Porch Post in Azek Wood Grain.
A Titan Clad Overhead Garage Door Frame was installed with Weatherstripping & Drip Cap Flashing.
Installed 6” Fascia Style Seamless Gutters and GutterRX Aluminum Gutter Covers on the Front Porch Eave, and the existing Gutters were removed. Seamless gutter systems offer advantages that traditional gutter systems cannot. The biggest of which is in the name itself – seamless. Since there are no seams, there can be no leaks.
A Thermo Tech Slider Window with Argon Double Pan Glass was installed in the garage.
