We received an email and call to schedule the replacement of our roof and siding in March. They showed up on time and ready to work, and everyone was extremely professional. The whole process went very smoothly, with updates on things that had been discovered during the removal (we had some water damage that needed to be addressed). They did not just "paper over" the problems, and the repairs that they made were more than adequate to ensure that the problem spots would no longer be a problem. Some of the work was extensive, and had my wife and I worried that we would not have enough left in our budget to cover the repairs, but Jordan was very easy to talk to about this and helped to alleviate a lot of the fears of the unknown, as he explained it "he isn't there to hose, anyone". I cannot recommend Oakwood strongly enough. They explained the process, there were no "surprises", the quality was above and beyond, they were very thorough cleaning up, and the final price (even with the repairs) was in line with our estimate. My wife and I (and all of our neighbors) were very happy with the final product.
Oakwood exteriors was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Jordan was throrough in his assessment/estimate of our roofing needs without overselling unnecessary products or services. We had concerns about ice dams experienced the previous winter, Jordan went through their likely causes and options we had to address them so they would be less likely to occur.
What a GREAT company to work with. I had to do nothing, they took care of EVERYTHING! They left the yard in better condition than what it was when started. HONEST, upfront, ethical. I loved working with them.
