Custom LP Siding, Heritage Doors, Thermo-Tech Windows, GAF Shingles & More - Stevens Point, WI

Removed and replaced original wood siding with custom colored LP Smartside Diamond Kote Pre-Finish siding on the house and detached garage in the color Ginko Tree in Stevens Point, WI. LP Smartside with Diamond Kote Pre-Finish window & door trim with nail fin & clips were installed around all window and door perimeters. The siding has a no fade warranty and is low maintenance, resisting the build-up of dirt and grime while locking out moisture.

Removed and replaced asphalt shingles & components with GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in the color Charcoal. GAF Cobra Snow Country ridge vent was utilized for attic ventilation, which improves energy efficiency by reducing attic heat and your summer air-conditioning load. 4” Ultimate Pipe Flashing was used that will not crack or deteriorate. All GAF installations by Oakwood Exteriors feature a 50-year non-prorated manufacturer warranty and a 20-year Workmanship Warranty.

Thermo-Tech full frame replacement windows were installed on the back porch and garage.

Removed existing aluminum window trim wraps and original wood trim and replaced with new Azek PVC trim. Applied spray foam insulation around the window frames.

Removed the existing soffit and fascia, and installed aluminum soffit, fascia & components to establish intake ventilation. Installed styrofoam rafter vents for a clear pathway for eave to peak air flow. Replaced the gutters with 5” “K” Style seamless gutters and Gutter RX Gutter covers.

Prepped openings and installed new Waudena Millwork Heritage Wood entry doors in the front and back entry. Installed spray foam insulation around the frame perimeters.

Removed existing garage door frame and installed Titan Clad garage door frame with weatherstripping & drip cap flashing.
