Removed and replaced asphalt shingles with GAF Timberline HDZ lifetime shingles and GAF Timbertex Hip & Ridge Caps in the color Mission Brown. All GAF roof installations by Oakwood Exteriors feature a 50 year non-prorated manufacturer warranty and a 20-year Workmanship Warranty.
Installed new Velux FS fixed skylights with solar-powered light filtering blinds and wrapped frames with Sharkskin Ice & Water Shield. Solar blinds are powered by a battery, which is charged by the sun and thus does not require wiring at installation.
