Removed and replaced wood siding with Mastic Carvedwood vinyl lap siding in the color Newport Bay. Mastic Carvedwood has a locking system that delivers a positive locking action with a wider locking mechanism for more contact area. Oakwood Exteriors offers a 10-year Workmanship Warranty on siding, fascia, soffit and trim installations.
Removed the existing garage door frame and installed a Titan Clad Overhead garage door frame in the color White with weatherstripping & drip cap flashing.
Installed AZEK PVC Trim on the front porch posts, beam and front window perimeters using Cortex hidden fasteners. Cortex hidden fastener plugs tap in the trim for a clean, flush finish and offer a stronger connection than nails. They eliminate the need to caulk, sand and paint each nail hole. The plugs are made out of the same AZEK trim material for a perfect match making the fasteners nearly invisible.
Removed existing gutters and down spouts and installed 5” “K” Style Seamless Gutters with GutterRX gutter covers. Gutter RX is attached to the front & back of the gutter which strengthens the entire gutter system making it strong enough to handle snow and ice buildup. The ridges make Gutter RX self-cleaning by promoting air flow.
Installed a new Larson “Screen Away” storm door in the color white.
Removed and replaced the back entry door with a new Waudena Millwork entry door. Still flashing and spray foam insulation were installed around the frame perimeter. The components of our exterior door system are engineered to work together, perform in all climates, and provide long-term performance. The steel edge on the door ensue they will not rot, bow or warp.
