Removed the existing wood siding and installed Mastic Quest Vinyl Siding in the color Quiet Willow. Mastic Board & Batten vertical vinyl siding was installed on the front porch walls, above the garage door and on garage and chimney. LP Smartside with Diamond Kote pre-finish trim was installed around windows and door perimeters. Oakwood Exteriors offers a 10-year Workmanship Warranty on siding, fascia, soffit and trim installations.
Installed Versetta Stone in the tight-cut profile in the color Plum Creek. This profile fits tightly together to emulate rural 19th Century American Architecture.
5 “K-Style” seamless gutters, Gutter RX gutter covers, and oversized 3” x 4” downspouts with 3” extension and Zip hinges were installed on the eaves. Installed new aluminum fascia and soffit along with styrofoam rafter vents for a clear pathway for eave to peak air flow.
A Titan Clad overhead garage door frame was installed with weatherstripping & drip cap flashing.
Thermo-Tech full-frame replacement patio doors were installed along with a Waudena Millwork front and back entry door. Used OSI Quad insulation foam sealant around the frame perimeters.
Thermo-Tech full-frame windows with valance grills were installed throughout the home with Trim-N-Time Oak interior Jambs & Trim in the pre-finished color Prairie. Trim-N-Time is a revolutionary system where the trim comes pre-assembled and uses innovative lip casing to slide into the window extension jam. Replaced skylight with a Velux FS fixed skylight with laminated low E-3 glass and EDL flashing kit, wrapped frame with Sharkskin Ice & Water Shield. Velux carries a 10-year installation warranty and 20 years on glass and are backed up by a No Leak promise to keep water out and sunshine flowing in.

We were impressed with the over all efficiency in getting such a large project completed. All of the crew were friendly, polite and responsive to any questions and concerns we brought up. They easily adjusted to our requests. Workmanship seems to be outstanding. The guys worked very hard during an extremely hot week+ in the summer, and we appreciated their efforts on those long days. Friends and neighbors have told us how beautiful the house now looks, and we couldn't agree more! The quality of the front door and brick work in the entryway are particularly attractive. A couple lingering items had to be taken care of a few weeks after the overall job was completed because of supply issues. It didn't interfere with our enjoying the house. We appreciate an employee returning to finish these tasks over several weekends. We would have reviewed sooner after completion, but we have been tied up as well as sick.
