Removed and replaced asphalt shingles & components on the house with GAF Timberline HDZ Lifetime shingles in the color Barkwood. The crew completed tear-off using the Equipter “New Roof, No Mess Roofing Buggy” which protects the lawn, landscaping & siding. All GAF roof installations by Oakwood Exteriors feature a 50 year non-prorated manufacturer warranty and a 20-year Workmanship Warranty.
Removed and replaced drip edge trim and plumbing pipe flashing with a 4” Ultimate pipe flashing that will not dry out or crack.
Removed existing blown-in and fiberglass batt insulation and applied Foamsulate 220 two-part closed cell spray foam insulation (R7 Per Inch) in the slanted ceilings and crawl spaces to air-seal and insulate.
Installed 4” of rigid foam board to the attic hatch with weatherstripping.
