Installed WIP 100 Granulated Ice & Water Shield along the Eaves, in Valleys, at Roof to Wall Intersections, & around all Penetrations. GAF Tiger Paw Synthetic Shingle Underlayment was used over Remaining Roof Surface. New Galvanized Valley Flashing was installed. GAF Cobra Snow Country Ridge Vent was utilized for Attic Ventilation, which improves energy efficiency by reducing attic heat and your summer air-conditioning load.

Layed drop cloths below Interior, Removed Existing Skylights, Installed new Velux FS Fixed Skylights with Laminated Low E-3 Glass and EDL Flashing Kits, Wrapped Frames with Sharkskin Ice & Water Shield. The lower profile of the fixed Skylight gives the homeowners roof a clean streamline appearance.
